What is it?

Tricks and Flips is a combination of kicks, breaking, flips and gymnastic based movements, used to achieve an aesthetic display of combinations, also referred to as tricks.

Practitioners are commonly known as trickers, who train intensely at every opportunity in order to maintain and improve their ability to perform. Tricks take time and commitment to learn and all individuals learn certain tricks at different levels depending on their flexibility or power. Trickers commute at different gatherings around the world to either inspire or be inspired to learn and do more of this dominating sport.
